Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and implement project, andmay need to handle tender interviews
• Undertake the role and duties of coordination, construction, assignment and supervision of workers which mayrequire working on-site and outdoor
• Coordinate and assist other departmentsand colleagues in the relevant work of the project (pre-production andpost-production), with the smooth implementation and completion of the project
• Regularly report to the Management /Director

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building /Engineering / Construction is preferable
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of PC skills in AutoCAD
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience inbuilding & construction
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must
• Immediate Availability is preferable
